Warning to the public regarding Phase Energy (Pty) Ltd. I am their ***** victim

I am compelled to issue a grave warning to the public regarding Phase Energy (Pty) Ltd, as I have fallen victim to their *****ulent practices. In January 2023, I purchased a LIFEP04 Battery from their Kya-Sand Business Park office for R20,500, which was marketed with a five-year warranty extendable to ten years. However, in mid-April 2025, the battery malfunctioned, resulting in the inverter emitting a continuous beeping error sound without charging. My attempts to contact the company via email, landline, and mobile phone proved futile. The email bounced back, the landline appeared to be non-existent, and the mobile phone rang unanswered. When I visited their Kya-Sand Business Park office, I discovered that they had vacated the premises. Upon searching for their whereabouts online, I found that their website was no longer operational. After several days of persistent calls to the mobile number, a male individual, who failed to identify himself, eventually answered. He requested that I send my details via Whats-App, which I did, including my query and proof of payment. He assured me that he would refer me to the supplier, but that was the last I heard from him. I made several follow-up attempts through both calls and Whats-App, yet received no response. I find myself questioning how a battery sourced from a legitimate supplier could make it so difficult to provide a customer with a referral to that supplier. BEWARE OF Phase Energy (Pty) Ltd. THEY WILL DE***** YOU WITH NO RECOURSE. THEY DO NOT APPEAR ON THE CIPC WEBSITE!!!!!
