Attention to Detail and Strong Technical Knowledge

From a technical perspective, Phase Energy did a good job. The installation team showed a clear understanding of load management, inverter setup, and battery integration. All safety isolators and protection devices were in place, and the system was tested before completion.

Excellent Workmanship and System Performance

There were minor post-installation adjustments required, which is normal for systems of this scale, but the issues were identified and resolved through follow-up support. I’m a returning solar client with Phase Energy, and once again they’ve delivered exceptional service. They installed a 16kW Deye system for my other house, and just like my first installation with them, everything was done professionally and efficiently. The system has been running perfectly. I only experienced one minor issue, and Phase Energy handled it impressively they sent a team the very next day and the problem was fixed quickly with no hassle.
