Very very bad

Very bad experience!!! I bought a 12Kw Deye System and they came and install it at 16:00 the guy that installed the system didn't even know how to set the inverter. Im still waiting from te 2nd of October 2025 for my invoice and COC and for them to come and fix their ****. No one answer calls,, the clients service is very bad,, I will not recommend this company at all,, They promise me everyday that they will fix their problems but up untill today I'm still waiting and they keep promising me everyday. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SOLAR SYSTEMS!
