Unacceptable Service

I ordered 2 x Hybrid Kit 12 Backup which consisted of 4.8 kva Luxpower inverter with a Hoselect Lithium Battery. All conditions were honored from our side, yet Phase Energy did not commit to deliver the goods ordered. Promise after promise is not honored. We are forced to accept the 1 kit due to the need for oxygen at home. They were going to refund R2000.00 which hasn't been done. The ingle battery was returned with no refund of R23000.00 being done. I have spoken to Creflow, Mike, Axel and the shareholder and no attempt to make good as promised. The Ingle battery has probably been sold. I have now approached the Consumer Council for assistance and will also approach Carte Blanch or the Devi show.
