Phase Energy ********* business deals/Beware

I paid for 2 Lithium Iron batteries in January 2023. R43000.00 in total. Both batteries were faulty and both defective. We returned both batteries and up to today we have only received R5000 refund. Totally against there refund policy too. This company is completely unreliable and does not practice proffesional business etics. We are seeking legal advice now to get this huge amount of money that they owe us refunded. They cannot take money from people and not supply anything or provide them with unusable and broken products.
