Phase Energy Solar review

I am currently having a negative experience with Phase Energy. Initially, everything went well after I paid for the installation of 6. 2kw which was on sale for 38k and the installation was done towards the end of December 2024. Ryan assured me he would send his technician in February to verify that everything was still functioning properly. In late February 2025, we began to encounter issues with the Solar system. The battery no longer charges and it produces unusual sounds, indicating a BP error on the Inverter. I informed Ryan about the issue, and then he disappeared and stopped responding nor answering my calls. He returned after a few days after and he said he was on leave and he will look into the matter. This week on the 3rd of March 2025 Ryan promised me to send the technician who is having a small installation in Limpopo and he will pass by my on Tuesday to attend to the matter. My brother has been home the whole day waiting for them but no one showed up. Now I am attempting to call and he has disappeared once more. The landline number he provided does not work. They have relocated from their previous office, and he gave a new address, but I am skeptical that it is actually theirs. I Saw someone talking about Phase Energy not appearing on the CICP website and I also searched and found nothing.
