Phase-Energy - Avoid this company at all cost

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I informed the company I was coming to pick up a battery at 10h00 and asked them to confirm that they had stock in hand. I arrived and paid for the battery at 12h00 and was informed that I had to wait 40 minutes to collect the battery from the "Warehouse". One hour later I was informed that it will take another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. After 1 hour 30 minutes there was still no delivery. We phoned the driver who said that he was just joining the freeway and would soon call back. 30 minutes later still no battery or call back. The sales guy now comes clean and says that they actually buy the stock from a third party company and then use a private delivery guy to do the pickup and delivery. This delivery guy now does not answer the phone anymore. The sales person manages to contact the driver and shares his "live location" which is in Strydom Park and another 17 minutes away, now already 2 hours and 10 minutes since payment was done. DO NOT PAY THEM BEFORE THEY SHOW YOU THE STOCK.
