No support.

After leaving a google review, I received a response from someone at Phase Energy. The response was that they know how inverters work. Really? Why then do you refer me to an installer that doesn’t work at phase energy to help me? I have a WhatsApp chat to prove this. After forking out thousands of rands on an inverter and battery back up system, they offer absolutely no support whatsoever. Stay clear guys. Don’t waste your money. Don’t fall into the trap I have and I’m sure many others have too. The offices are dingy, the staff are friendly enough but it seems like they are there for a party and nothing else. The battery I purchased has absolutely no literature on the internet. It doesn’t work properly. This is after having spent more thousands of rands getting qualified inverter installers to help me. Nobody has even heard of this brand of battery ever. Even installers that have been installing inverter and solar setups for decades.

These guys have seen a gap in the market and WILL exploit your desperation. As a country struggling with power outages etc, they will milk you for your last cent.

I patiently wait for someone at phase energy to provide me with some after sales support. I feel like I’ve been exploited by some very clever people preying on naive and desperate people trying to keep the lights on for a while when we are under load shedding.

Beware!!!!! Go to a reputable supplier.
