Immediate Action

I had a problem from phase energy in regards to a refund that was supposed to take place about 2 months ago, I was dealing with one sales person who kept promising and didn’t want to put me through the manager so it got me worried. I went there myself requesting to see the managers until they called Ryan and Axel. When I explained to them my issue they were not aware of it all and the account number was not theirs, apparently the sales person diverted my sales, they gave me a refund after speaking to them and I hope they dealt with the sales person who caused this issue because it can hinder the company.
