Delivered order incomplete

I ordered solar panels with rails, cables and (4)connectors. The solar panels and rails were correctly delivered but the cables were shorter than I ordered and of the (4)connectors I only received 1 inside pin. They said it will be fixed the next day but I'm still waiting for the delivery. Whatsapp and called with promises of calling back......
