Bad client service

Iv been asking them several times to confirm stock before I purchase but they do not not bother to return my calls after I inform them I will collect in person. It sounds to me as if they sell equipment they dont even have. If their pre sale service is that bad, what will their after sale service be like. Most Hellopeter positive reviews was made by people that only made a single review and were all made in May/ June 22. It sounds like "self reviewing" to get a better rating.
