Years of negligence and mismanagement. Monthly chronic medication skipped.

For years now I have struggled with Pharmacy Direct. Their communication and tracking of client medication schedules and subsequent delivery is mismanaged. The current issue that I am facing is that they have not included my chronic medication that I have been taking for over a year now. Once this issue is resolved I will be moving over to a better supplier. Any other supplier would be better at this point.
