worst service ever

I have serious concern regarding pharmacy direct and the handling of my chronic medication, every month I need to submit a complain before I could I get my medication. Pharmacy direct doesn’t value our life , previously the used to send us notification on when our medication will be delivered in order make a necessary arrangement to be home for receiving the medication. However lately don’t notify us, instead the delivery drivers will call to inform that they are at your premises and during that time we are at work and if we reschedule based on our availability, they don’t pitch up. when you send an email to complain, they only attend to your query after a month. today they decided to send me SMS indicating that they confirm my cancellation while my prescription is still left with 3 repeats. they won't call to resolve a query
