Worst service ever.

I have been waiting for chronic medication for 3 weeks now. I spoke to an agent who told me it would be 5-10 days but she understands it’s urgent. Only to find out they cancelled it on their side. I called the medical aid to find out and they said they paid the claim so they are also confused. 3 weeks without medication I need to function and zero communication. I could have made another plan mos instead of waiting.
