Worst medication DSP

I don't even know where to start with this company. For the last few months, it was guaranteed that my meds would be wrong. Some months, I had missing items. Other months I randomly had 3 of the same item. Mind you, this was a chronic item and having 3 of the same item is technically not legally allowed. Like, what is going on in this company??? Anyway, if there was one thing I could count on every month, it was that I would have to phone Pharmacy Direct and advise them that my medication is incorrect. Every. Single. Month.

Now, onto the latest issue. My medication was dispatched on Thursday, the 18th of December with a delivery promise of 24-48 hours. At the time of writing this review, it's the 23rd of December. On Thursday, after receiving the message stating that the medication was dispatched, I immediately phoned PharmacyDirect to confirm the medication dispatched because as history as shown, this company has got it wrong every month. On Monday, the 22nd of December, I phoned PharmacyDirect to ask about the delivery. I was then ensured that I will absolutely receive my medication. Nothing came. No phone calls. Nothing. Today, 23rd of December, I phoned PharmacyDirect AGAIN. I was told by a lady that she will need to check with the driver. The consultant left me on hold for a total of 18 minutes before hanging up. I then phoned AGAIN! And another consultant advised that she had to speak to the dispatch manager and placed me on hold. After a few minutes, she returned and advised that the driver claimed he was outside my place and called but I did not answer. I did not receive a single call. In fact, I would like proof of that call made in the form of a screenshot along with a timestamp from the driver. The consultant further advised that the driver is not in my area and won't be coming this side today, but will 'see' if he can make it this side tomorrow. And she added that we should just hope that "maybe tomorrow it comes."

I'm honestly at a loss for words. This is chronic medication we're talking about. Not only that, in addition to forking out money on airtime having to phone you guys the entire time, I will need to go to Dischem because I actually take my chronic medication seriously; something this company doesn't seem to do. But, guess what? It's Christmas and just about every doctor is closed. So, good luck to me finding a GP for a new script.

So, as the consultant advised; "let's hope maybe tomorrow it comes." Either way, I won't be using this service again. Rather use Clicks or Dischem. It's reliable, and you actually get your correct meds on time.
