Worst Experience Ever!!!

<p>Pharmacy Direct is the worst business to deal with in conjunction with Bonitas Medical Aid. I'm no longer a member and moved on with a new medical for two months already. It just shows how aware the representatives are. It's surely Bonitas responsibility to notify Pharmacy Direct that I'm no longer a member. That's the reason why I left Bonitas who is associated with pharmacy direct because of the pathetic service. I refuse to pay any amounts that could be outstanding. I mean surely if are sent double batches then the script should be over. So pharmacy direct is dispensing medication without an script. Why must I call in, to notify where Bonitas can notify pharmacy direct. Please remove me as I have terminaTed my medical aid. It's pointless complaining as nothing gets sorted. I haven't got money to waste to call in to say I have termimated my medical aid. Bonitas is in partnership with pharmacy direct so they can notify the pharmacy. The representatives are all pathetic.</p> <p>Please sort this out thank you. </p>
