worst ever
to date we have still not been able to get the medication.. no1 knows what they are doing at this place.. not only loaded on a **** beneficiary onto my medical aid chronic benefit but also is happy with us not getting medication after all this back and forth and also seems to be happy that i must pay for chronic benefit from my own money. so they mess up and refuses to correct their mistake.. and bonitas chronic department does zilch to assist..
