Worst company ever

I went to the dr about 2 weeks ago, on my way home i sent pharmacy direct my new script and phoned them and told them the dr wants me to start the meds asap. The lady said shell ensure quick delivery. 3 days later i phoned and emailed them to ask whether anything has been prosessed yet. They said it has and they are booking out the new meds now. 2 days later phoned again, i was told lady misinformed me, but she would now ensure its booked out as the meds were already being sorted. Yesterday at 1'o clock recieved a message the driver would deliver within 24 hours. Still no meds. All phone calls are filled with apologies and promises. Patients and illness dont matter (and these are not asprin, these are disease modifying drugs) what an absolute joke
