Wors service ever.

I received a sms from pharmacy direct on 05/06/2021, informing me that they will deliver my medication (paid by my medical aid) within 24 to 48 hours. It's a week later, and I still have not received anything! It is now 2020/06/11 at 20h25 and still no delivery after I phoned them yesterday morning and the lady said she will make a note that I need the medication. Worst service ever from a pharmacy!!!!
