When it comes to service, Pharmacy Direct do not deliver

Appalling level of service. My wife called them several times over a period of two weeks with instructions for the delivery of her chronic meds. Over terrible phone lines, she was assured that a pharmacist would call her back, and not one did. Then when they did send the medications via some courier company, someone had written the incorrect address. Seeing how many one-star reviews this company has on Hello Peter, it really doesn't surprise me.
