Once more, their Priority Delivery took four full days instead of 24 hours. My insulin arrived with the ice pack melted. This means the five capsules are unusable. It took two days and numerous Chat messages (2 hours) before they agreed to send another batch.

In the meantime, I have to buy more insulin, for which I will not be refunded.
