What service??? There is none!!

If itvwas possinlento give a zero star rating I definitely would give zero stars as you get zero service from this company! They are pathetic to say the least and couldn't care one bit about customer service. The unfortunate thing about it is that I simply cannot understand how Bonitas can force you to use a company for your medication that is full of empty promises. If you call Bonitas then they tell you to call Pharmacy Direct and sea with them directly, so there is no help from either side. We joined Bonitas from the 01st January 2024 and I only found out on Monday that I was forced to use Pharmacy Direct for all my chronic meds after tryingvyo get my new month's script from my normal pharmacy. I registered my script on Monday with Pharmacy Direct and called them to explain the situation that I cannot wait another week for my meds as I already ran out waiting for Bonitas yo register them on their system. I was told by Pharmacy Direct that they processed my script urgently and my meds would be delivered on Tuesday (13th). Nothing arrived. I called again in Wednesday and was told they would be delivered either Wednesday or Thursday before 5. I asked to speak to a manager, which is impossible to do might I add, only to be told the manager will call me back... I am still waiting... Not surprised though. Nothing was delivered Wednesday. It is now 14h12 on Thursday and nothing has been delivered. I just called them again, only to be told by the agent that my meds will be delivered on Friday before 5. It changes by another day everytime you call. I ask to speak to a manager , but once again not available. I then get told that the manager says they have tracked my parcel and it is going to be delivered before 5 today, the same thing I have been told everytime. I will not hold my breath and count on it being delivered today as they are full of empty promises and lies. The fact that this company is so nonchalant in putting people's lives at risk by not delivering their medications in time is beyond comprehension.
