What a disgrace - fails to deliver chronic medicine for months

We have accepted, just like our friends, that we have to buy our chronic medicine ourselves. They are known in the industry and among medical professionals to be the absolute worst.

There is no response, and sometimes no delivery for months. Or, they are always just a few days late. They cannot resolve it, as their system does not allow them to send the medicine at the required intervals.

They cannot be reached by phone. Their "chatbot" doesn't work properly.

The list goes on.

Be prepared. If you have to use them like so many other people, you will probably have to buy your own medicine from time to time.
