waiting for chronic medications

My chronic medication was delivered to an incorrect address which is at my doctors surgery. I have called the call centre enquiring as to when will I be getting my medication. I have made them aware that my pills are finished . I am still waiting 5 days later for my pills to be picked up from the surgery . I am disgusted by how you treat your clients
