Very Disappointed Patient

I have issues with Pharmacy Direct. I am receiving my chronic medication from the every month and they do deliver on time. I was supposed to receive on the 24th of April 2020, today is the 24th of April and have not received it. Every time when I call in for feedback I am being that the Driver's phone is offline. How do they send the driver to deliver with the handset that id working. I out of my medication and no one is taking accountability
