Very disappointed and wish there was another service provider

Dear sir/madam I have an arrangement with Pharmacy that I will pay them the outstanding balance which I owe to them. The arrangement was to adjust a portion to the co payment and the balance towards my old account. Zanele has agreed to that, but the last two times they short delivered my medication. I called them and also sent them several emails. I have not had any response from them. I am going to report this to Bonitas and Medscheme.
