VERY BAD SERVICE

It is a month later after I had to complain here to get any help from Pharmacy Direct and yet again the worst service ever! Actually I can't complain about the service, because there is no service at Pharmacy Direct. Just unbelievable that such a big company that Bonita's Medical aid forces us to use to get chronic medicine from is so ***********. Is it really so difficult to send out the same chronic medication every month... How can insulin just get lost every time with delivery? What exactly happens with that insulin medication after you receive it back eventually? Is it just dispensed again? Insulin must be kept cool otherwise it can't be used any more. What must we do to get any reply or service from Pharmacy Direct??? We got a SMS to phone you regarding the delivery and then just nobody answers the phone. The WhatsApp is not working and also the PadiChat. This is just ridiculous!!!
