Usual pathetic service & zero chronic meds delivered

Every single month, for months and months and month now, I have to chase Pharmacy Direct for my meds. I have had to chase them about remembering my meds, to delivering my meds, to using my updated scripts, to getting my address correct, to absolutely everything and anything to do with their service. Today again, I had to beg and plead for my meds. I even logged a complaint on Hello Peter in desperation. I was promised by Rowena that they would be delivered today. Promised that I would get my urgently required chronic meds today. Guess what, NOTHING!!! So typical of the service Ihave received over the years from this Company. Bonitas insist we use them, by only giving us our "discounts"etc if we use them BUT then when we do we have to put up with kind of blatant lack of service and delivery.......... tonight my daughter does not have her meds!!!!
