Usual no response

AGAIN, I have to turn to Hello Peter in the hope of getting a response from Pharmacy Direct!!! I have sent two email asking why I have not received my medicine and received zero response. AGAIN. I have called the number Handsly gave me multiple times but no one answers. When I try to leave a message I get cut off. What am I supposed to do now????
