Useless pathetic service

We have been with pharmacy direct for many years, through it all we have been complaining to them and Bonitas about their pathetic service. Now it just lost the plot completely. Since the 3rd December 2022 I have been trying to get my medication from them, they send my husband's, our scripts were on the same email, but to date I am still waiting for mine. Every time I phone they have another excuse, did not receive my script, resend it 14 Dec 2022, then they supposedly could not get hold of me, I phoned them. Every time it is they will send it the following day. Today 6Jan the woman tells me they are only going to claim tomorrow but I am still waiting for them. The only reason we use them is due to Bonitas. If you use a private pharmacy that gives you proper service we have to pay a huge co-payment. The medical aids also holds you prison with this and force you to use the absolutely useless company.
