USELESS

The most pathetic service I have ever seen. My wife was discharged from hospital 2 weeks ago and she still hasn't received her medication prescribed by the specialist. I called every day last week and each time I get told a different story. First it must still be made up, then it was sent but no one was home and when I called the next day it still had to be dispensed. On Friday I was told special arrangements had been made to deliver on Saturday, On Monday, surprise surprise....STILL NOTHING!! Totally *********** and useless!!
