USELESS

Wow, what an *********** business. After having the same conversation three times over the last 6 weeks meds have still not been dispatched. Firstly I agreed to the co payment and no statement arrived. Secondly, they promised that the meds would be dispatched with an invoice for co payments and thirdly 4 days later they still have not done that because it is in some made up q waiting for attention. Finally I asked to speak to a manager but got the receptionist......very disappointing that can be best be summed up by a ‘ USELESS’ tag....call centres full of people who pass you from pillar to post and then go on lunch 5 times a day......
