Urgency of chronic medication

Why is this business still allowed to be open? We have phoned them more than12 times in one week asking for urgent chronic medication and yet nothing has been delivered. There is people chronically ill but it doesn't seem to bother anyone at all. People could be dying and they still wouldn't care. I thought that people in medical care signed an oath to help the ill people but clearly they don't care about anyone but themselves. The worst part is that they get paid for their useless service.
