Uphalling, unprofessional & uncaring service

The customer service in this company is uphalling, unprofessional & uncaring. My 91yr old mom's chronicmeds are poorly supp**** by them & I encounter problems in their delivery every month.Cherry on top was the incomplete Jan. delivery.I made them aware thereof before Christmas & was promised the delivery then.Believe me or not I had to contact them more than 10 times till today where I literally attacked the managers of their unbecoming service.The agents would promise to escalate the issue to the managers in vain.I even sent an email of complaint with no response.I had to phone the courier department in the Vaal enquiring about the failed delivery of yesterday. My assessment of the leadership style is of 'laissez-faire' & Bonitas needs to rise up to this trembling service delivery.In a nutshell the meds were only delivered today - been waiting & phoning since the 22nd Dec.Nobody gives a thought about the airtime we use in the whole situation. Since both the pharmacy & courier departments' patients care leaves too much to be desired,I hope Bonitas will reconsider making use of there service.
