Update

I wanted to follow up regarding my recent review and share that my concerns were addressed thoroughly. The Head of Clinical care reached out to me personally, which I really appreciated, as it gave me a chance to discuss the issues directly.

She has assured me that steps have now been put in place to prevent similar issues from happening again, which is reassuring. Thank you for the attentive response and support in getting this resolved.
