UNRELIABLE AND USELESS SERVICE

i am a member of BONITAS med scheme and they force us to make use of PHARMACY DIRECT for medicine delivery. They are constantly late or dont deliver at all. If you call their call centre, the put you on hold and dont come back or attend to your problem. It can no longer go on like this!!! Someone must do something about it. Looking at their Facebook page and the amount of complaints from customers and you will realise what absolute bad service this company offers. So unreliable!!!
