Unprossional Business Practice and inconsiderate of Clients Needs

This company is absolutely useless at attending to clients queries. We have been battling from the beginning of the year with incorrect doage medication sent for my son with NO end in sight for closure.

My last conversation was with a lady named Jeann who did not give her surname on the 26th of September 2022. She promised me that she would investigate and call me back the next day .... but over 2 weeks and nothing.

It seems that this company just doesn't care for their customers.
