Unprofessional

Hi I'm P Naicker, and the unfortunate thing is that I have to deal with pharmacy direct for my chronic medication due to my medical aid, pharmacy direct is unreliable, unhelpful, rude, unprofessional, from the agents, to the pharmacy staff, I've been calling them for the last 4 days regarding the wrong issuing of my medication, and every time they tell me the samething that the pharmacist is busy and will call me back, uptil today I have not received a response, as for the whatsapp system is even worst, they have been issuing me wrong doses but charging my medical aid full price, I would not recommend pharmacy direct to anyone as you will go through the same thing that I'm going through, and you have to use your own airtime to call them, they have no managers on the floor to even get help. They are 1 useless company. This is not my first incident with them, and I don't think it will be my last.
