Unprescribed medication

You guys are disappointing and greedy. You keep on sending me the multi vitamins which is not included in my current prescription. I did call you on tbe 3rd and 8th of March and i was promised it wont happen again. To my surprise today i received my medication with the same multi vitamins. There is a reason why my Dr stopped me from taking those multi vitamins.

You are just greedy trying to get every cent from my medical aid.

I AM SO DISSAPPOINTED AND VERY UNHAPPY.

I am going to consult to see what other measures i can take.
