I wanted to share that after I expressed dissatisfaction with Pharmacy Direct via Hellopeter my matter was resolved with urgency and courtesy. I have never had issues since, I get reminders about my meds, including when my next script is due. I thank this platform really for escalating our issues that at most times we come here as a last resort because we have been frustrated and don't know what further action must be taken. I am a happy customer, my medication is delivered ahead of time before the next pack is finished. I am now at ease knowing that my medication will be received and no need to panic and check on them.
