Undelivered chronic medication

The most useless pharmacy not sure why medscheme chose to use it I was promised that my medication will be delivered on the 26 march 2021 and had my last medication on the previous day today it's the 30th still have not receive my chronic meds. Each time you call them they told you its gonna be delivered. Useless and unreliable I'll rather go and pay 20% levy than to rely on them . I'm going on 7th day without med surely even covid will sweep me.
