Unacceptable service

Today is the 7th of March and I am still awaiting for mine and my wife Chronic medication to be delivered to our home.after being promised it would be delivered within 24 hours after being late by 3 days. Pharmacy direct are continuously late with our medication and all their promises to make this right seems never to materialize. They are quick to tell u owe them and when u make payment they still cannot deliver on their promise. My messages to them seem to fall on deaf ears yet our company is using this service and we compelled to comply. I get more joy and satisfaction from my local Clicks Paharmacy. Do u guys understand why patients are put on Chronic medication. Seriously guys u ought to catch a wake up on customer satisfaction.
