TOTAL DISREGARD FOR PEOPLES HEALTH

Horrible Services. They keep delivering my meds to another province while I am 15min away from their offices. When I request to rather collect my meds, I am told I cant they are with the couriers. No response to emails sent and bot responses on Facebook. As they have already charged my medical aid I cant go to my nearest pharmacy for the meds, which means I am without life saving meds until they decide to deliver. This is so insensitive. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!
