They have a good business, but they fall short on making it great

I have used Pharmacy Direct for many years, and they have provided a good service, and yes I would recommend them. However, I have experienced a negative aspect, in that when my chronic prescription was only partially delivered, and they were duly notified by email, it became a game of running around the names of people in the care group. Frustration, yep, and I'm looking at the cost of dealing with Clicks as I can deal with a real person, when I advised "care" the reply:- Kindly note that the copay is from your medical aid. We do not charge for delivery. If you choose to go to the local pharmacy your copayments will be higher.

My thoughts are if you can't supply then I have no option, I'm not going to play Chase my Tail, any longer
