There People like ton play God with People's Lives

I am really not Happy pharmacy direct is playing God with my Sons life, first the pharmacist hold my sons medication for a co-payment of R 153 and she doesn't even bother to call me about it and mind you I never leave any outstanding for more than a month, I then pay the co- payment and send the POP 5 days later they still don't dispense the outstanding medication, Instead they then deliver the other medication and the supplement is still not dispensed I have to call them just to be told we will sort it out so if I didn't call then I would still be awaiting for none existent delivery, the sad thing is months back some manager had said he will monitor my account now we back to square one and its frustrating.
