Their pharmacy department are useless and *********** to say the least! They delivered wrong medication and upon Enquiry,they (Craig) said they'd rectify it by couriering it to my destination

Their pharmacy department are useless and *********** to say the least! They delivered wrong medication and upon Enquiry,they (Craig) said they'd rectify it by couriering it to my destination. It's been 4 months,still no feedback nor delivery.Imagine these are the people whom are supposed to care about patient's health.It was a blessing in disguise that Dischem pharmacy came to the rescue then and are so efficient and professional in their service.They should teach Pharmacy Direct some tips or two.If there was a negative (-) rating I'd give it with ease.
