THE WORST SERVICE IN SOUTH AFRICA!

I am so over Pharmacy Direct. All I seem to be doing lately is wait on them to answer emails with up to 48 hours delay. They work with peoples Chronic Medication but are unreachable in an emergency. There website, emails, SMSs, and voice service all refer you to the same number WHICH DOES NOT WORK!!?!!! This morning I finally got a response from their customer service on a query in which another number was provide WHICH ALSO DOES NOT WORK!!?!! What the hell? My daughter's urgent chronic meds (indicated on the email with her script), HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED AFTER MORE THAN 12 DAYS!!!!!
