The worst service ever

First time customer dealing with Pharmacy Direct and I don't even know what to say about this business or their service. Chronic medication is priority yet it is been treated like normal OTC. I submitted my script days ago and guess what! I don't have any meds, calling your CC does not even help at all. No courtesy, no empathy nothing. I'm lost for words. If I had my way, I would cancel your services
