I want to give a massive shout out and thank you to Charlotte Malele from the customer service desk who took my call today. Highly professional and listened to my query in its entirety.. then the call cut due to my airtime being depleted, low and behold I got a call back within 3 sec later!!! I literally wanted to cry.. what made me semi emo was the fact that people don't care any more.. everyone is servicing self and she proved that I'm not right, she gave me service. Thank you Charlotte.
