Terrible service in delivery and trying to contact them telephonically

<p>Pharmacy Direct I struggle every month to get my chronic medication on time, and they dont bother but they claim the funds on time but delivery takes its time, and it is now over 35 days since my last chronic medication received, and you cant get throughto pharmacy direct on the telephone numbers provided, and they only respond back to your email a week later, it is just so sad that if we dont get our medication from Pharmacy Direct we are penalised if we go to the pharmacy close to home. Its being now 8 days since they claimed so i cannot even go to the pharmacy close to home to get the chronic tablets as the system wont allow the tablets to be issued, and pharmacy direct has the 6 monthly prescription, if there is someone that i can complain to about the service that i am currently experiencing with pharmacy direct i would appreciate contact details.</p>
